<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. FOR CITY PHASE II, <br />SEGMENT II STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER IP 06-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement to construct certain streets in <br />Ramsey Town Center including Civic Center Drive from Sapphire Street to Rhinestone Street <br />and Rhinestone Street from Sunwood Drive to Civic Center Drive, also known as City Phase II, <br />Segment II ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a plat application for development adjacent to <br />Rhinestone Street which will necessitate construction of these certain improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, preparation of plans and specifications was authorized for these <br />improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the plans and specifications for City Phase II, Segment II plans are received and <br />authorization is given for advertising for bids. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />,.and upon vote being taken theron, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />. this _ day of June, 2007. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-138- <br />
