Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 5, 2007, the Council met in closed session to consider various issues relating to the pending <br />eminent domain litigation in Anoka County District Court titled: City of Ramsey vs. 5A Partnership <br />I, et al which is district court file no. CI-06-2093. The meeting was closed pursuant to the attorney- <br />client privilege exception to the open-meeting law, Minn. Stat.
