<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMMENDED FACILITY RENTAL POLICY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey currently has a Facility Rental Policy; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the demand for rental of the Ramsey Municipal Center is such that the <br />impact of staff time has exceed that of that which was budgeted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a fee shall be established for use outside of the scheduled hours of <br />operations in order to recoup staff costs.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a fee shall be established for use of the audio and visual equipment in order <br />to prevent theft and damage; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Facility Use Rental Policy outlining rental and general use guidelines for <br />outside organizations shall be part of the City of Ramsey administrative policies. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the _ day of , 2007. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-86- <br />
