PRIORITY OF USE: 1. Governmental functions* (City Council, Commissions., Committees, Administrative) 2. Non-profit organized groups (Senior Citizens, public service groups, youth groups) 3. For-profit organized groups (Businesses) * Governmental functions may supersede any other use with or without reservations. It is our policy, however, to attempt to find other alternatives and give three days notice whenever possible. RULES OF USE: 1. The permit is valid only for date and time specified and must be in your possession. 2. Transfer of the key to another individual or group is not allowed. Keys cannot be duplicated. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit and could result in revocation of your reservation privilege. 3. Chairs and tables may be moved about within the room in which they are located, but not moved from room to room. All furniture and equipment should be used for its intended purpose only. 4. The Ramsey Municipal Center is not to be used for storage of equipment or supplies for organized groups or the general public. 5. All municipal facilities are public buildings and are smoke free. Smoking IS not permitted in any of these facilities or on the Municipal Center campus. 6. Alcoholic beverages shall not be brought on the premise or consumed at the Ramsey Municipal Center. 7. All doors must be locked and aU lights turned off before leaving the building. 8. You are responsible for clean-up of the area used. 9. The user of the Ramsey Municipal Center is as an individual and as a group liable for any damage to public or private property or injury to any person resulting from use or presence at the Ramsey Municipal Center.
