I <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />ACE SOLID WASTE, INC. <br /> <br />On April 25, 2000 and May 23, 2000 Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to ACE Solid Waste Inc, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 21,174 <br />square foot office/shop facility and truck terminal and a 17,100 square foot transfer station <br />("Structure") respectfully, on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 2, Auditors Subdivision #30, expect southWesterly 80 feet thereof, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as folloWs: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must ~e prepared and certified by a regiStered engineer or <br /> architect. <br /> <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as <br />shown on the Site Plan prepared by Lampert Architects, dated February 14, 2000, revision <br />date February 24, 2000. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drahaage shali be subject to approval by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />5. PHASING PLAN. The site is permitted for development in two phases as follows: <br /> <br />Phase I - Office/Truck terminal consisting of 19,926 square feet, with a second floor <br />mezzanine area of 1,248 square feet. Phase I screening, landscaping, and grading and <br />drainage plans to be approved by the City <br /> <br />Phase II - Transfer Station consisting of 17,100 square feet eligible for construction. <br />Phase II screening, landscaping, and grading and drainage plans to be approved by the <br />Cit~. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and inktall the following. <br />site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on <br />the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as foll~ows: <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading and Utility Plan prepared <br />by Plowe Engineering, Inc, dated February 1.1, 2000. <br />Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. <br /> <br />-195- <br /> <br /> <br />
