CASE <br /> <br /> ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />LOTS 3 and 3A, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has entered into a TIF agreement with Panther Investment. As a part of the transaction, <br />the city is to convey title to Lots 3 and Lot 3A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK to <br />PANTHER INVESTMENT. On April 8, 2003, the City Council introduced an ordinance to <br />authorize the sale. That ordinance was adopted on April 22, 2003. A resolution is necessary to <br />adopt to complete the sale of Torrens property. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recormnends adoption of the proposed Resolution. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce Resolution No. 03- which is an ordinance authorizing the sale of Lot 3 and <br />Lot 3A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />-205- <br /> <br /> <br />
