-206- <br /> <br />Council member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-03- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 3 and LOT 3A, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH <br />LAKE BUSINESS PARK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIY <br />Agreement") with Panther Investments (Panther), a Minnesota Corporation, on October 8, 2002; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to <br />Panther has been platted as Lot 3 and Lot 3A, Sunfish Lake Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TI~' Agreement is dated as of April 18, 2003. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Mim~esota as follows: <br /> <br /> That Lot 3 and Lot 3A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the April 18, 2003 Contract for <br />Private Development between the City and Panther Investments, a Minnesota Corporation and that <br />the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to <br />convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Counci.1 <br />the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
