-214- <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the home occupation will be conducted-within the <br />private dwelling on the property, the area set aside for the home occupation does not <br />exceed 20% of the total floor area of the private dwelling, and the operation will not <br />include any employment of persons not residing in the private dwelling in the <br />performance of the home occupation. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant will reside at the location of the proposed home occupation. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that there will be no exterior storage of business equipment <br />and materials. <br /> <br />That the Applicant proposes to service approximately 1-2 clients per day between the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That there are other similar home occupations that have been granted in the R-1 Single <br />Family Residential District. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for. <br />public facilities and services, and it wilt not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, Property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//03-05- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
