He asked if it would be <br />best to wait for the final report to show up and have discussion at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Board Member Max suggested putting together a subcommittee to look at the final report. <br /> <br />Board Member Bentz suggested meeting prior to or after the Ramsey3 meetings. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated his intent is to wrap this up. He suggested adding it to the March <br />Planning Commission meeting for a public hearing. He stated that WPS is going to get <br />everything done by the end of the week. He stated he can send EPB members the electronic <br />version of the draft that he has available currently. He stated the stormwater sensitivity wasn't <br />applicable to any wetland that they didn't field verify. <br /> <br />Board Member Bentz asked if that included the entire scale range with low sensitivity. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that any time the phrase "non-applicable" is used there should be a <br />definition of why it was used. <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated that the EPB should be prepared for questions that are asked at the <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Board Member Olds concurred that "non-applicable" should be defined. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski stated that he would like to review the final draft before it gets taken to <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that the management classification map needs to be officially <br />adopted by the City Council. The first step is to bring it to the Planning Commission for <br />approval. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that the EPB has enough to take in front of Planning Commission, <br />and has enough for the Wetland Buffer Guidebook. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated there will be a public hearing to get it in front of the Planning <br />Commission to allow the public to make comment on it. Revisions can be made between now <br />and the time it goes before the Planning Commission. Part of the study typically would be a <br />comment and response portion. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that most of it is contextual because data is being shared. He stated <br />there needs to be time to publish the date of a public hearing. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski asked if EPB members could meet to discuss it as a committee prior to <br />the community ecology meeting on Thursday, February 22, Ramsey3 forum. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that won't be an official meeting, but it can be optional for members <br />to stop in to discuss the report. <br /> <br />Environmental Policy Board/ February 5, 2007 <br />Page 10 of 13 <br />
