<br />. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated there is a citation already available on some of the websites to <br />reference. <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg stated that BWSR and Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy <br />should be referenced. . <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated that publishing the Tree Book with pictures brought the price up <br />significantly. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated care needs to be taken in deciding what pictures are used. He <br />suggested sending out a wish book to ask for bids. He stated the EPB should be realistic in what <br />to recommend to the City Council. <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated that Wisconsin DNR does things in PDF. He stated that most of the <br />cost used to be in printing. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated there is a zip file on the Minnesota DNR website. <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Anderson concurred that putting things on a website is very simple now. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson clarified that it adds to the cost considerably to put pictures in a book. He <br />clarified that the printed version would rely mostly on text. <br /> <br /> <br />. Chairperson McDilda stated that the book should reference the website. <br /> <br /> <br />Board Member Max suggested creating a super book as a PDF with pictures. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda asked for clarification about the front and back cover, do and don'ts. <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Anderson stated that bullets catch people's attention. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski suggested adding, "Don't add dirt or fill in the wetlands". <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that once the final copy is ready, the EPB can add finishing touches. <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated there are a couple of sections that aren't finished yet. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Wetland Functions & Values Final Report <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that Westwood Professional Services (WPS) is working on the draft <br />report, but through the quality analysis review discovered some glitches in the data. He stated <br />that WPS is working with BWSR on the report. He presented a draft final report. He stated he <br />put together a list of items that he saw in the report and sent them back to WPS. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson updated Mr. Mark Anderson on the project. He stated that in November, <br />2005 the City Council adopted a Wetland Buffer Ordinance that was drafted by the EPB. He <br />stated that the idea of the ordinance was that based on the wetland functions and values, a buffer <br /> <br />Environmental Policy Board! February 5, 2007 <br />Page 8 of 13 <br />
