Board Member Olds asked what the process will be. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that the Planning Commission and Environmental Policy <br />Board recommendations would be brought to the Council for consideration. <br /> <br />Board Member Olds asked ifthe objective currently is to pursue the adoption of the map, <br />whatever happens after that point takes place. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda asked if it would be advantageous for EPB members to attend the <br />Planning Commission meeting on Thursday. He suggested that members of the EPB sit <br />down prior to the meeting and discuss intents and purposes. He asked for a show of <br />hands of members planning to attend. Board Members Freeburg and aids raised their <br />hands. He asked Coordinator Anderson if he could be available before the meeting to <br />have a short discussion prior to going into the meeting. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that he will be available before the meeting. <br /> <br />Board Member. Sibilski asked if it would be on the agenda for the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that it will be not be on the next Council meeting agenda <br />but would be on the April 24th agenda. <br /> <br />. Board Member Freeburg stated Paul Anton was scheduled for Monday, April 14th. <br />Residents of the Dayton are also invited. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson stated that the City of Dayton will be doing advertising for their <br />residents, updating their boards and commissions. The City of Ramsey will be providing <br />a tape or DVD to the City of Dayton. Coordinator Anderson stated he is working on <br />putting something in the Ramsey newsletter, and as part of the staff update for the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg provided a copy of a newspaper article. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda stated that he will mention it at the next Ramsey3 forum. <br /> <br />Board Member aids suggested putting a Press Release in the Anoka Union newspaper <br />regarding Mr. Anton's seminar. <br /> <br />Coordinator Anderson reminded EPB members to attend the Ramsey3 OST on May 4 <br />and 5, 2007. He also reminded EPB members that their next scheduled regular meeting <br />is Monday, May 7, 2007. He stated he will be out of town on that date. He stated that <br />rescheduling for the following Monday will not work because of Mr. Anton's <br />presentation. <br /> <br />.
