The proposed TH 47 alignment provides for a perpendicular crossing of TH <br />47 /CSAH 5 (Nowthen Boulevard). This an essential design for safety purposes. <br />Any additional roadway curves south of CSAH 5 to lessen impacts in the <br />southwest quadrant may impact the design and properties in other quadrants in <br />order to properly align the intersection. <br />2) We would concur with the City Staff requests of the applicant: <br />a. To relocate the stormwater pond on the front (Dysprosium) of the site <br />b. To shift the building farther back (away from the Dysprosium/proposed future <br />alignment for the TH 47) so as to eliminate any parking or building from the <br />possible realignment area. <br />The city indicated that the applicant has agreed to revise the plans accordingly. We <br />would appreciate a copy of the revised plans for our records when available. <br />3) Since MnDOT currently has jurisdiction over the TH 47 roadway, we would encourage <br />the applicant to coordinate with MnDOT on the project.
