SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />(Ramsey, Minnesota) <br />THIS SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement ") is <br />entered into this day of June 2007 between VILLAGE BANK, a Minnesota <br />corporation, whose mailing address is 7125 Riverdale Drive, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />( "Grantor ") and CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of <br />the State of Minnesota ( "Grantee "). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of real property located in Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 4 Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, Grantee desires to construct and maintain certain sanitary sewer <br />facilities ( "Facilities ") within the Property; <br />WHEREAS, Grantee, through its agents and employees, must enter onto the <br />Property in order to construct the Facilities; <br />WHEREAS, Grantee desires to obtain an easement from Grantor covering the <br />portion of the Property legally described and depicted in Exhibit A attached hereto (the <br />"Easement Area "); and <br />WHEREAS, Grantee desires to provide, for the future maintenance, repair and <br />replacement of the Facilities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars and other good <br />and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1.
