C -9 <br />Councilmeinber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #07- 06 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 12 TH PARTIAL PAYMENT TO . GLEN REHBEIN <br />COMPANIES FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03 -29 (SUNWOOD DRIVE NW AND <br />RHINESTONE STREET NW) <br />WHEREAS, on March 9, 2004, City Council adopted Resolution #04 -03 -066 approving <br />the plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 1 partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $375,198.93. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 2nd partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $609,993.05. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 3 rd partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $576,964.93. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 4 th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $526,319.93. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 5 th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $194,849.03. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 6 th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $870,532.37. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 7 th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $66,517.52. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 8 1h partial payment.to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $743,807.01. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 9 th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $52,867.92. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 10 partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $150,082.98. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 11 partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $15,389.45. <br />WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 12 partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $285,017.67. <br />RESOLUTION #07- 06 -XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />—73— <br />
