NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED -BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />—74— <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes 12 partial. payment to Glenn Rehbein <br />Companies for Improvement Project #03 -29, Sunwood Drive NW and Rhinestone Street <br />NW in the amount of $285,017.67 on June 26, 2007. <br />2) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br />for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of June 2007. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26 day of June 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #07- 06 -XXX <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
