<br />Public Works Director Olson indicated there is usually a three-party agreement in the event that <br />there are any improvements necessary to adjacent property owners; if there are expenses incurred <br />by the City as a result of the development activity that agreement can be utilized. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve the <br />completed temporary easement acquisitions for properties along the north side of Ramsey Town <br />Center 10th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Pro Tem Elvig, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Strommen, <br />Dehen, and Look. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Olson. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Nelson announced the following events: <br />· Rotary Golf Tournament: Tuesday, June 28th, The Links at Northfork <br />· League of Minnesota Cities Conference in Duluth: June 27th to June 29th <br />· No City Council meetings are scheduled for next week due to the 4th of July holiday <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey thanked the folks who volunteered and staff that participated in Safety <br />Camp. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen announced there was a Ramsey3 community discussion about future <br />plans held last Saturday. There will be a series of future public sessions for input about various <br />topics related to the Comprehensive Plan. This type of forum will be utilized instead of a <br />Comprehensive Plan task force. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 10:55 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Council / June 26, 2007 <br />Page 37 of38 <br />
