Ellen Stanley, 5670 - 150th Lane NW, Ramsey, stated she is a homeowner in Ramsey and her <br />occupation is Realtor. She recalled, at the December 10, 1996 Council meeting, several people <br />questioning how municipal water and sewer would increase the value of their home. She listed the <br />criteria used to determine value and presented some data showing the property value of homes <br />prior to and after receiving municipal water and sewer. She also suggested that the zoning be <br />changed to allow a one-acre minimum lot in the urban area. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
