Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Resolution <br />ff97-01-009 authorizing signatures for financial transactions. Following are the authorized <br />signatures: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder, Finance Officer Jessie Hart or Senior Accountant <br />Diana Lund to sign checks and other withdrawal documents from the City's checking and money <br />market accounts, for confirming the authenticity of the documents already signed by one of the <br />individuals named above, and consistent with the City's past financial practice which two <br />signatures are required on all such documents, the Council designated Mayor Thomas Gamec or <br />Acting Mayor Gerald Zimmerman. Fund transfers between the City's checking and money market <br />accounts are generally verbal instructions and Mr. Schroeder, Ms. Hart or Ms Lund are authorized <br />to make such transactions. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
