It should <br />be noted that signs identifying the development will require a separate sign permit. <br /> <br />23. REV Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge. The charge for <br />to'wnhomes is the same as for single family residences and is currently $7.79/ quarter. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11,2007 (*please <br />note rescheduled date due to July 4th holiday*) at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood <br />Drive NW, to review your revised preliminary plat and site plan.
