The following is a brief summary of <br />actions taken by the City Council that may be of interest to the Planning Commission: <br /> <br />Requestfor Preliminary Site Plan Review of the Anoka County Medical Examiner Facility; Case <br />of PSD LLe and Anoka County. The City Council approved the preliminary site plan. <br /> <br />Requestfor an Amended Conditional Use Permitfor Armstrong Kennels; Case of Charles <br />Delaney. The City Council approved the amended CUP. <br /> <br />Request for an Amended Conditional Use Permit for Accessory Structure Overage; Case of <br />Jeffi'ey Sigler. The City Council approved the requ_est, and directed staff to work with:tv1r, Sigler <br />to verify his compliance with home occupation requirements. <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat and Final Site Plan Approval of GAD's Prairie; Case of Tri-Cor <br />Development. The City Council tabled the plans and directed staff to organize an additional <br />meeting with the developer and interested property owners to the north. <br /> <br />Request for Rezoning and Preliminary Plat Approval of Bridgewater; Case of CBR <br />Development. The City Council denied the rezoning request, and tabled action on the plat to <br />allow the developer to return with a plat that conforms to the requirements for the R-l <br />Residential zoning district. <br /> <br />Requestfor Site Plan Review of Terrace Hill Apartments; Case of Trident Development. The <br />City Council approved the site plan request, <br /> <br />Consider ordinance to establish an abatement program for code enforcement purposes. The City <br />Council has been discussing current code enforcement policies and procedures over the past <br />year, and is considering implementing an abatement program which would allow the City to <br />abate code violations directly, The Planning Commissioners may have seen the Ramsey Resident <br />article regarding this; stay tuned for more information and possible zoning code amendments <br />related to this discussion. <br /> <br />Town Center Review Board.
