Citizen Input City Engineer Jankowski noted a letter received from Louis and Jo Leen Wilhelmi, 9501 - 173rd Avenue NW, Ramsey, objecting to the assessment. They live on the end of 173rd Avenue and their property fronts only the width of the road. They are asking to not be assessed because they do not have 200 feet. Mr. Jankowski explained that the City has a policy of assessing one share per buildable lot regardless of frontage on the road. This road does provide access to the Wilhelmi property. Zoning Administrator Frolik thought there may have been a variance granted on this property and generally with a variance, it is stated that the property owner will participate in street costs. Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public hearing. Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Haas Steffen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. The public heating adjourned at 7:07 p.m. Council Business Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:07 p.m. Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:07 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. Citizen Input None Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Haas Steffen, Beyer and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
