Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: 1996-1997 Season-End Snowmobile Activity Report <br /> <br />Acting Chief Gustafson presented a map showing citations, complaints, accidents, injuries, etc. <br />with regard to snowmobiling. He asked that Council review this and use it as a base to operate <br />from so when a meeting is held prior to the next snowmobile season, this can be used as a tool to <br />report to citizens. <br /> <br />He then commended the sandbagging crews that have been helping out with the flood calls, <br />which also included several high school students. <br /> <br />Case #10: Report from Road and Bridge Committee <br /> <br />1) Update on T.H. #47 Local Initiative Project <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski reported there was not action taken on this case, however, a meeting will be set <br />up with MnDOT and Anoka County to discuss the issue of 142nd and T.H. #47. <br /> <br />2) Septic Inspection and Maintenance Program <br /> <br />Due to lack of time, this case was skipped over and will be discussed at a later date. <br /> <br />3) Water Utility Improvements <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski stated that the Road and Bridge Committee received an update on the water <br />utility improvements and there are some recommended change orders. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to authorize a <br />field change in the amount of $276 to M.C. Magney for Well House No. 2. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Beyer, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to authorize <br />Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,679.90 for Well House No. 1. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
