1. Payment The City agrees to pay, and Respondent agrees to accept as full payment, <br />the amount of $315,000.00, on or before July 31, 2007. <br />2. Full and Final Compromise The Respondent acknowledges that this payment is in <br />full and final compromise of the damages caused as a result of the taking herein, including but not <br />limited to just compensation, attorneys' fees, and interest. Respondent further acknowledges that <br />the $315,000.00 payment is in total satisfaction of both the City's obligation for just compensation <br />and any obligation for relocation benefits attributable to the taking herein. <br />3. Respondent agrees to relocate from the Property by July 31, 2007, <br />4. Waiver of Claims Respondent waives and releases all other claims that he might <br />LJ <br />have made in this action, including without limitation, claims for additional just compensation, <br />interest, attorney's fees, additional reimbursement of appraisal fees or rent claims, along with <br />relocation benefits. <br />5.
