Brown; County of Anoka; all other <br />parties unknown having any right, title, or <br />interest in the real estate described herein <br />together with unknown heirs or devisees and <br />spouses, if any, <br />DISTRICT COURT <br />TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br />Case Type: Condemnation <br />Court File No. C8 =06 -2091 <br />STIPULATION OF FINAL SETTLEMENT <br />Respondents. <br />THIS STIPULATION is made by and among the Petitioner the City of Ramsey ( "City ") and <br />Respondent Eugene E. Brown ( "Respondent "). <br />WHEREAS, Respondent is the fee owner of the real property legally described as Lot 5, <br />Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota (P.I.D. No. 27- 32- 25 -43- <br />00 14) in this action and as set forth in the attached Exhibit A (the "Property "); and <br />WHEREAS, the City has commenced an action in condemnation to acquire fee simple <br />absolute title to the Property for a redevelopment program for the City's Development District No. 1 <br />(the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties have reached a full and final settlement and compromise concerning <br />the matters in dispute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, by their counsel, stipulate as follows: <br />1 <br />-74- <br />
