(NTI) performed an Environmental Site Review of the above <br />• referenced property for Mr. Sean Sullivan with The City of Ramsey. The results of the review <br />are contained in our report to Mr. Sullivan and dated June 11, 2007. In summary, the report <br />concluded Sparkle Pool may contain residual contamination from a nearby property and further <br />investigation should be conducted to include either a review of a Phase II ESA that was <br />conducted at St. Paul Terminal (nearby contaminated property) and/or a limited Phase II ESA be <br />conducted on the property. Subsequent to that report Mr. Sullivan provided us with a Phase II <br />ESA that was conducted by Pro Source on the St. Paul Terminal property in 2005. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />Based on our previous environmental review of the site and a review of the Supplemental Phase <br />II ESA of the former St. Paul Terminal site at 14050 Basalt Street in Ramsey, Minnesota, it is <br />our opinion a recognized environmental condition does not exist at Sparkle Pool property located <br />at 14105 Azurite Street in Ramsey, Minnesota and is not needed. <br />0 <br />
