Additional Environmental Review <br />Sparkle Pool Property <br />Ramsey, Minnesota <br />SUPPLEMENTAL PHASE II ESA REVIEW <br />A review of a Supplemental Phase II ESA report dated April 6, 2005 by Pro Source <br />Technologies, Inc. conducted at the former St. Paul Terminal Property located at 14050 Basalt <br />Street was performed by NTI. The report indicated groundwater samples were collected from <br />soil borings and monitoring wells installed at the site and analytical testing conducted on the <br />samples. The testing revealed the following: <br />• The test results show that VOC's, DRO, GRO, PAH's and PCB's were below detection . <br />limits in all groundwater samples. <br />• Groundwater flows to the southeast and towards the Mississippi River. Sparkle Pool is <br />mostly east and slightly north of the St. Paul Terminal property. <br />REMARKS <br />Thank you for the opportunity to be of service to you on this matter.
