Kampa and Eileen M. Kampa <br />( "Respondents "). <br />WHEREAS, Respondents William B. Kampa and Eileen M. Kampa are the fee owners of <br />the real property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota.: (P.I.D. No. 27- 32 -25 -44 -0006) in this action and as set forth in the attached <br />Exhibit A (the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Respondent Sparkle Pool Service, Inc., is the contract for deed vendee of the <br />real property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2, Anoka <br />• County, Minnesota: (P.I.D.
