Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen asked about the Foster Cemetery and City Administrator Schroeder <br />stated that he has received correspondence from the Vietnam Veterans and that he will respond <br />back. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Anoka Arena Association Presentation <br /> <br />John Green and Fred Hannecker representing the Anoka Arena Association presented <br />information on the ice arena - such as how it got started, about the expansion, costs to operate it, <br />number of families served (Ramsey: hockey - 135 families, soccer - 198 families and figure <br />skating 100 families), etc. He noted that the City of Ramsey charges a $500 to $600 fee for <br />charitable gambling and suggested that if the Association could get some relief from that, it <br />would help with their finances - or any kind of assistance at all would help. <br /> <br />City Council/June 10, 1997 <br /> Page 4 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
