Consensus of the Council was that they would discuss this issue further at a subsequent Finance <br />Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Case #2: Approval of Liquor Licenses <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to approve the <br />following license renewals for the 1997 - 1998 license year: Off-Sale Non-Intoxicating Malt <br />Liquor: Food-N-Fuel, Inc., 13939 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Holiday Stationstores 7167 <br />Highway #10 NW, SuperAmerica, 14000 St. Francis Boulevard NW. Off-Sale Intoxicating <br />Liquor: M & L Country Liquors, 5900 - 167th Avenue NW, Ramsey Warehouse Liquor, 14107 <br />St. Francis Boulevard NW, Judy's Discount 10 Liquor, 7129 Highway gl0 NW. On-Sale <br />Intoxicating Liquor: McDuff's Eatery/Pub, 16659 St. Francis Boulevard NW, J.R.'s Saloon & <br />Food, 6141 Highway gl0 NW and The Links at Northfork, 9333 - 153rd Avenue NW. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Zimmerman, Beyer and <br />Haas St&fen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of A.E.C. Energy Park Third Addition: <br />Case of Anoka Electric Cooperative <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Anoka Electric Cooperative (AEC) is requesting final <br />plat approval of AEC Energy Park Third Addition. The plat is located in the southeast quadrant <br />of the intersection of Sunwood Drive and Ramsey Boulevard and consists of replatting one lot <br />into four. She informed Council that the property is zoned Business Warehouse and the <br />minimum lot size is one acre; each of the four lots proposed are at least three acres in size. <br />Public access to the lots will be from Sunwood Drive and 143rd Avenue. Staff will recommend <br />that the developers of the lots construct Jasper Street and an alley extending west off of Jasper to <br />provide an alternate route for truck traffic to each of the four lots, especially for Lots 1 and 4. <br />The Planning Commission and staff recommend final plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution #97-06-145 granting final plat approval of AEC Energy Park Third Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Beyer, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request for Site Plan Approval; Case of Dakota Development <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City has received a request for site plan review and <br />approval from Dakota Development. The plan proposes to construct a 46,208 square foot multi- <br />tenant office and warehouse building in the AEC Energy Park. She explained that the site is <br />proposed to have one access onto Sunwood Drive and one onto County Road #56. The City <br />Engineer is recommending elimination of the #56 access and that Dakota Development construct <br />the improvements to Jasper Street and extend an alley west off of Jasper to provide an additional <br />route for truck traffic to reach the loading docks developed on all four of the lots. The site is <br />zoned Business Warehouse and the proposed structure meets City Code requirements for lot <br /> <br />City Council/June 10, 1997 <br /> Page 5 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
