<br />Planning Commission met on July 11 th and held a Public Hearing regarding the application for an <br />IUP and recOlnmended City Council approve the application based on Findings of Fact adopted <br />favorable of the applicant <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion adopt Findings of Fact relating to a request for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary <br />well house on the same parcel at the existing Fire Station #1 <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to approve the request for an Interim Use Permit to pl~ce a temporary well house on the same <br />parcel as the Fire Station #1 until July 24th, 2012. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council deny the request based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Copies to: <br />Civil Engineer <br />Public Works Director <br /> <br />CC: 07/17/07 <br />
