SNOWMOBILE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Snowmobile Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18, <br />1997, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />Howard Clark <br />Mr. & Mrs. Merle Mares <br />Larry Hicks <br />A1 Pearson <br />Tom Wilson <br />Joe Peregrin <br />Karl Schrebel <br />Kelly Hicks <br />Bob Peterson <br />Lester E. He is aware that other incidences occurred, however, people don't always call and <br />report them. Chief Gustafson clarified the handouts as follows: <br /> <br />Exhibits A & B: This does not necessarily mean reckless driving, but a complaint was made. He <br />stated snowmobiles can operate on the roadway only in the MUSA and in the ditches outside the <br />MUSA. <br /> <br />Exhibit C: They were not riding unlawfully; however, the caller was annoyed that the machine <br />was being operated. <br /> <br />Exhibit D: This is damage to property. He is aware other damage has occurred; however, these <br />are the reported damages. All are outside the MUSA. <br /> <br />Exhibit E: This is operating snowmobiles in a City Park, which is illegal. <br /> <br />Exhibit F: This means no damage was done; however, the rider was trespassing. <br /> <br />Exhibit G & H: <br /> <br />These are the citations given. <br /> <br /> Snowmobile Committee/November 18, 1997 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
