The proposed antenna adheres to the required <br />setbacks. <br /> <br />Milestone Radio is also proposing to add a six (6) foot radius satellite dish on the subject <br />property. This proposed future dish is indicated on the proposed site plan. <br /> <br />There are no accessory structures proposed in conjunction with the antenna. All equipment will <br />be confined to the utility room of the existing office condo. All towers erected, constructed, or <br />located within the City, and all wiring therefore, shall comply with the requirements set forth of <br />Chapter 8 of the City Code. <br /> <br />Funding Source: <br /> <br />All associated costs of the project will be paid for by the Applicant. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Planning Commission met on July 11th, 2007 and held a Public Hearing regarding the <br />application.
