Ultimately this runoff drains to the <br />wetland on the south of 157tb Lane and east of No"\vthen Boulevard. The existing grading and <br />drainage 'will be substantially unaffected by the modifications proposed. <br /> <br />Loading Docks: The site plan submittal indica,tes that any loading activities for the deli will <br />occur through the main doors to the deli, rather than a separate area. <br /> <br />REV Number: 'This property is subject to a storm water utility charge. The change in the <br />amount of impervious area will modify this charge. The city will determine the new amount <br />upon review of the fInal site plan. It should be noted that the creation of a detention pond on the <br />site allows the property owner to apply for a credit toward this charge. The property o'Vvner may <br />vvish to consider construction of such a pond and applying to the City for such a credit. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting, at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive to review your site plan and CUP amendment <br />request.
