<br />Chairperson Nixt pointed out there is a daycare facility on the west side of County Road 47 with <br />fencing, and to his knowledge there have not been any incidents with children running out to <br />Highway 47 over the fence. The area proposed to be fenced is about 4,700 square feet, which is <br />about the same size as the expansion. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to recommend that the <br />City Council grant approval of the proposed site plan contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff Review Letter dated July 3, 2007, and contingent upon the granting of the Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
