<br />Associate planner Geisler explained the parking requirements are based on the square footage of <br />the office and one space per 3 restaurant seats. There is nqt a separate requirement for employees <br />or different standards for the daycare type of use. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt pointed out that the 48 spaces will be tight during peak periods of the day. <br /> <br />Ms. Lublin replied she does not see that. In their own business interest, if they need more <br />parking they certainly would want to do that.
