Mailbox Location: The placement of mailboxes for the townhome units should be located <br />along the private streets when possible. Location of mailboxes .along public streets will need <br />to be clustered and is subject to the re'view and approval of the Streets Supervisor. <br /> <br />22. Address Signage: The City "will be requiring an address location sign (specifying the <br />addresses contained in each building) to be placed at the entrance of all private streets. The <br />required signage will assist emergency services in locating a specific unit when called to the <br />site. In order to assist Staff in review of the placement of signs and to ensure an orderly look <br />of the site, please revise the signage and striping plan to show address signs. The address <br />signage is subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and Police Chief. It should <br />be noted that signs identifying the development ,vill require a separate sign permit. <br /> <br />23. RED Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge. The charge for <br />tow-nhomes is the same as for single family residences and is currently $7.79/ quarter. <br /> <br />The City Council ,vill be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at the Ramsey <br />1\1unicipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, to review your revised preliminary plat and site <br />plan. A copy' of the case cover sheet is enclosed.
