<br />Councilmember . introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chris Curtis was hired as a patrol officer on May 24, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Curtis has successfully completed his one year probationary <br />period as a patr.ol officer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its July 24, 2007 meeting agreed with <br />staff's recommendation to end the probationaiy period for Chris Curtis, effective May 24, <br />2007. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Chris Curtis, effective May, 24, <br />2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: . <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of July 2007. <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumanResources\Performance Evaluations\Ending Probation\Curtis, Chris 07-24-07 .doc <br /> <br />-230- <br />
