Absent: Board Members Bawden and Thorud. <br /> <br />Chairperson Deemer requested an amendment that would favor the County in case the road is <br />widened, so that the property owner cannot claim a property line closer to the road than the standard <br />setback. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member La Due and seconded by Board Member Holland to add condition No. 6 <br />to the variance to the effect that the permittee understands and agrees that should County Road 63 <br />be widened in the future, there would be no claim for loss of property should it be necessary to <br />remove any building structure under this variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Skochenski. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that the property consists of two acres. The house is 390 feet from <br />the property line leaving little land behind the house for a garage.
