Motion by Board Member LaDue and seconded by Board Member Terry to approve findings of fact <br />Nos. 1 through 11 as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Board Members Bawden and Thorud. <br /> <br />Board Member Deemer asked from what point the setback is measured. <br /> <br />Mr. Skochenski responded that the garage has to be placed in front of the apple trees and not <br />interfere with the sewer system. The setback is measured from the centefline of the road. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member LaDue and seconded by Board Member Holland to approve the issuance <br />of a variance for Wayne A. Skochenski to construct an accessory structure closer to the front <br />property line than the principal structure on the property known as 9450 176th Avenue NW, based <br />on the Findings of Fact #0424 and adopt Resolution No. 97-05-088 declaring terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
