Manual- A sign. or portion thereof with characters. <br />letters. or illustrations that can be changed manually. or rearranged manually without altering the <br />face or surface of the sign. <br /> <br />Changeable COpy Sigh. Automatic- A sign, or P01iion thereof with characters, <br />letters. or illustrations. digital or other. that can be programmed to change more than once daily. <br />but no more than once every six seconds. including. but not limited to. LED. electronic. or digital <br />COPy signs that are not defined as flashing or scrolling.
