Sign height shall not <br />exceed the tope of the parapet wall or, if no parapet wall, sign height shall not <br />exceed the height of the eaves. A wall, canopy or marquee sign may be located <br />on the outermost wall of any principal building but shall not project more than <br />sixteen (16) inches from the wall to which the sign is. to be affixed.
