Any illumination, if any, is achieved through shielded <br />illumination, shielded silhouette lighting, or shielded spot lighting but not any <br />lighting where the light source is visible or exposed on the face or sides of the <br />characters. <br /> <br />Su.bd. 2.~ Ground Signs. There shall not be more than one (1) ground <br />sign for each parcel. The gross surface area of aground sign shall not exceed <br />one hundred (100) square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate <br />gross surface area of two hundred (200) square feet. <br /> <br />c. Signs in Parking Lots. Signs in parking lots are limited to one sign per <br />entrance and/or exit limited to four square feet for each exposed face. and may <br />not be more than 5 feet in height. Any signs required bv Federal ADA statutes <br />are exempt from these regulations. Any additional signs in parking lots are <br />subiect to review bv the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />d.' Number of signs. There shall be no more than one wall sign for each principal <br />building, or two if the principal buildinf1: has two street frontages. There shall be <br />no more than one ground sign per principal building. <br /> <br />e. Sign Height. Ground SiQlIS are limited to 10 feet in height. <br /> <br />f. Sign Location. Po.rklii.g lot directional signs designatlilg parking area entrances and exits are <br />limited to one (1) sign for each entrance und/or exit and shall not exceed four <br />(1) square feot for each exposed face. Parking lot directional signs shall not <br />project higher tIm five (5) fcet in height, as measured from the established <br />grade of tho parking area to ~,vhich such signs are accessory. <br /> <br />c. Parklii.g lot instructional signs dcsignating the conditions of use or <br />identification of parking areas shall not exceed eight (8) square feet nnd shall <br />not project higher than ten (10) feet in height for ~,ya1l signs and seven (7) feet <br />in height for ground signs, as measured from the established grade of the <br />parking area(s) to ~,,,'hich such signs are accessory. <br /> <br />Sl:lbd.1.
