All industrial and business park or center signs shall be ground or wall signs. <br /> <br />b. There s110..11not be more than one (1) industrial or business po..rk sign for each <br />point ofvehiculo..r access to an office or industrio..1 park.b._ The <br />gross surface area .of an industrial or business park or center sign shall not <br />exceed one hundred (100) square feet in gross surface area for each exposed <br />face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred (200) square <br />feet <br /> <br />c. A ground industrial or business park or center sign shall not project higher <br />than ten (10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest <br />adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Multi- Tenant Member Park 1\fembcr Identification Signs <br /> <br />a. There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of <br />the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign is to <br />be affixed. A wall sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of the <br />wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />d. The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) <br />_ square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area <br />of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br />e. A ground sign shall not project higher than ten (10) feet, as measured from <br />based of sign or grade ofthe nearest adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />9.12.12 <br /> <br />Planned Unit Developments <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The developer shall be required to submit a sign plan for approval, <br />drawn to scale with elevations.
