<br />NOW THE~i~L' , BE I'RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANO '::;" ,UN!]'; STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />1) That the Ramsey Cr:", '~uncil hereby approves the request for a land use designation change of the
<br />Subject Property frofu Places to Work to Places to Shop for the subject property.

<br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary documentation to
<br />Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to change the land use
<br />designation to Places to Shop.
<br />
<br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification of
<br />approval from Metropolitan Council.
