Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember l~eyer to recommend Council <br /> authorize staff to negotiate for an alignment in between the northernmost and the middle routes <br /> and to contract for the environmental work to help determine what would be the better route. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
