That the Applicant wishes to construct an additional 1200-square foot accessory building to <br />be used for storage of equipment used by the kennel operation and the annual Game Fair. <br /> <br />9. That the proposed building will bring the total of accessory buildings on the property to 10, <br />for a total square footage of 13,768 square feet. <br /> <br />10. That City Code allows 12,000 square feet of accessory buildings per 40 acre parcel for <br />residential uses. <br /> <br />11. That the Subject Property is approximately 80 acres in size. <br /> <br />12. That the additional storage building will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. That the additional storage building will not substantially adversely impair the use, <br />enjoyment or market value of any of the surrounding properties. <br /> <br />14. That the additional storage building will be maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and <br />will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />15. That the additional storage building will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br /> <br />16. That the additional storage building will not be disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br /> <br />17. That the additional storage building will not impact essential public facilities and services, <br />such as highways, streets, police and fire protection. <br /> <br />18. That the additional storage building will not create excessive additional requirements at <br />public cost for public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic <br />welfare of the community. <br /> <br />19.
