<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Nelson made the following statement regarding Ramsey Town <br />Center: <br /> <br />As residents may be aware, there has been significant local newspaper coverage of the <br />Ramsey Town Center project and the deceased developer Bruce Nedegaard in recent <br />days. Much attention is being paid to this development project because Monday was the <br />scheduled date for the foreclosure land sale for the lead bank in the mortgage on the <br />remaining land owned by Ramsey Town Center LLC. The land sale did not occur on <br />Monday, it has been postponed to July 2ih. . <br /> <br />On June 29th, the City initiated a legal action against the bank to enforce the City's <br />negotiated development agreements between the City and the developer.
