<br />3) Dedication to Fallen Minnesota Soldiers <br /> <br />Councilmember Look announced that resident John Enstrom will be putting on a dedication to <br />honor Minnesota fallen heroes with a monument commemorating Minnesota soldiers who gave <br />their lives in the War on Terror. There will be a military exhibit, food and beverages, and <br />monster trucks for the kids. Mr. Enstrom is working on securing an apache helicopter and is <br />working with the Pentagon to work out a military flyover.
