1 <br />ANOKA COUNTY MEDICAL EXAMINER FACILITY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY "), and ANOKA <br />COUNTY, whose address is 2100 3 RD Avenue, Anoka, Minnesota (the " PERMITTEE"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />. WHEREAS, ANOKA COUNTY is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 13"' Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property "); and <br />WHEREAS, on August 14, 2007, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject <br />Property for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 13 ADDITION (the Plat "), <br />WHEREAS, on August 14, 2007, the CITY approved the final site plan for the Anoka <br />County Medical Examiner Facility on the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the PERMITTEE intends to cause the Required Improvements to the <br />Subject Property to be constructed without financial participation by the CITY. <br />WHEREAS, by execution of this .Permit, PERMITTEE acknowledges the <br />Subject Property and its development contemplated by the Final .Site Plan ( "Site Plan ") is <br />subject to the terms and conditions of that certain other documents entitled: <br />Anoka County Medical Examiner Facility <br />Development Permit <br />—136— Page 1 of <br />
