Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #07 -08- to approve the final plat of GAD's Prairie contingent <br />upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated May 18, 2007, and the Developer <br />entering into a Development Agreement/Permit with the City that specifically requires the <br />elimination of the County Road access at such a time that the temporary cul -de -sac is extended to <br />146'' Avenue; <br />-or- <br />Motion to adopt Resolution # adopting fmdings of fact # , relating to a request for fmal <br />plat approval for GAD's Prairie, and deny the plat.. <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Engineer <br />Assistant Community Development Director <br />CC: 8/14/07 <br />
